Especially when we pause to think while writing and look away from the screen and look at distant obejects from the window.Even while reading I cannot glue my eyes for 20 whole minutes to the PC screen without shifting my focus at a stretch . Of course the last exercise is something that we don’t do quite often.]]></description>
